About Us

Our founder Kimberley Light started her career in accountancy in 2002 after completing an NVQ2 in business administration and customer service. 

Kimberley began working in industry as an Accounts Junior and worked her way up over the years to her most recent role as Financial Controller to the franchisor of a multi-million-pound kitchen franchise network.

Kimberley completed her AAT qualification early in her career and after being presented with an opportunity to progress further, she went on to complete her CIMA ACMA (Chartered Management Accountant) qualification. 

Kimberley has experience in all aspects of accounting from managing the day to day bookkeeping, payroll and HMRC compliance to producing monthly management accounts and filing year end statutory accounts.

Kimberley prides herself on her hardworking attitude and attention to detail, she is also committed to continuous improvement and professional development to ensure we can keep expanding our offerings to valued clients.

Lighthouse Accountancy Services is an independent practice which means we can provide a personal service to all of our clients. 

Kimberley works alongside her husband Adam, who is the company Operations Director. Adam ensures the smooth running of the business, he is also responsible for the marketing and internal administration.
